How to read body language

Body language is a kind of signal to express emotions. You can understand other people's emotional feelings if you can read body language.


Take a real-life scenario you are on your first date and begin to feel nervous because you don't know how your partner's feelings. Overcome your nervousness by reading their body language.

👉 Pay attention to their direction of body postures. If their leg and hand points towards you then they seem to be interested in you.

👉 Focus on their head if they tilt their head often it shows that person has an interest in you.

Body language for attraction:

                                  From smiling to raising the eyebrows all are signs someone shows if you excite them. Learn all types of body language signs to know if someone is attracted to you. 

   Look for eye-contact:

                                  Eye contact is one sign all humans use if they like something. If someone is interested in you they make frequent eye contact or gazing at you if you are looking somewhere else.

                            

  Body Position:

                                   If someone is interested their body position is directed to you. Because they don't want themselves to make a situation that brings a gap between you and them.

  Smile:

                                  They smile a lot if you crack a joke or make a funny situation.

  Distance:

                                This body sign is something we don't notice frequently but it says a lot about the other person's comfort feelings. If someone is interested they try to be very close to you.

 Hand and leg shiver:

                                 If someone is not comfortable they reduce their anxiety by moving their hand and leg frequently.

                                     


How to read body language:         

                                   We express around 55% of non-verbal (body language) signs in our communication. Body language occurs with our unconscious mind. We express it without our knowledge.

                                   Communication would be much easier and productive if someone can identify the body signs. Read the body language of male:

                                   To read men's body language you need to know what you are looking for. 


                      Standing position:  Their pose and attitude when they stand shows their confidentiality level.

                      Shoulders:               To dominate in a situation, men use their shoulders for help. They expand their shoulders and show their chest region which makes them feel more confident.

                      Hand gestures:        Men use their hands less likely than a woman but they show a lot of information when they are using it in a conversation. You can watch their handshake, crossed arms, open and closed palms, etc.

                       Eye:                          Eye says a lot of information about someone. You can identify their comfort, attraction, anger, bored, etc using their eyes.   

Read the body language of female:            

                                     Female body language is more like men's but if you look carefully you understand the difference between both.

                                     For example, women often lean forward, nod their heads during a conversation to show others they are listening actively. Meanwhile, men don't or do it less frequently as it's hard to listen.
