Know your skin type:

     Dry Skin:       

                              This type of harsh and rough skin occurs if someone spends most of your time under the sun or drinking less water. Other factors like genes, lifestyle, food intake also cause dry skin.

    Oily Skin:

                              This type of shiny skin occurs when someone is not taking care of the skin properly. Other factors like genes place a major role. Oily skin person suffers from pimples and pores.

   Combination Skin:

                               People with combinational skin experience both oily and dryness in their skin.  
There will be a lot of confusion in identifying combinational skin.

Stay Hydrated:

                               Staying hydrated is one key factor in keeping healthy skin. If you are busy with your work schedule at least try to drink one glass of water per hour.


Cover your face from the sun:

                                   Sun tanning happens when you spend too much time under the sun. UV rays from the sun damage skin causing it to lose its brightness and appear darker. 

                                    If you want to spend time outside cover yourself by using a cap or applying sunscreen for face and hand.

Be Gentle with your face:

                                       Washing your face removes all excess oil and dust particles. It makes the skin look brighter and cleaner.

                                        Use a clean towel and massage your face while cleaning. Be gentle and don't rub off your skin.

                                         Many men feel trimming is easy or it doesn't cause any problem to skin or hair growth. But there are many guidelines men need to follow while shaving/trimming to avoid any damage to the skin. 

                                         Never shave in the opposite direction of your hair growth it causes skin irritation. You need a lot of time to shave in the direction of your hair growth but that's healthy.

   Cleanse:

                                        Remove all dirt and oil from your face. Before applying face cream wash your face with warm water.

 Moisturize:

                                         You might experience dryness and irritation after using a face wash. To avoid that moisturizing is needed. It hydrates your skin and gives you a bright skin.

  Exfoliate: 

                                          Exfoliating your skin removes all the dead cells in the upper layer of the skin. It increases blood circulation as you massage through the skin thus providing you a bright skin.

Focus on your workout:


                                      Workout daily for at least 30 minutes per day. You can walk, Jog if you are feeling tired because of your daily work. Vary your workout routine and take care of all parts like chest, leg, muscles, etc.
