                                According to Wikipedia,  Body language is a form of non-verbal communication. Both humans and animals use this to express their feelings. Behavior used in body language includes body-posture, gestures, facial expression, and eye movements.

Express your Feelings:

Healthy diet:

                                  Note down your calorie intake daily. Daily intake of 2000 calories is normal for a woman. Try to maintain that. You can use much mobile application available in both ios/android like

                                  Take proteins daily to balance them with your food intake. For example, if you ate a burger(300 calories) today you can balance it with eating any fruits like apple, banana (Vitamins). 

Stress-Free:

                                   Be cool. Stress causes a lot of problems like depression, lack of sleep and memory loss, etc. You can handle stress by meditation, yoga. To know more about stress and how you can handle it take a look at,

                                Meditation and yoga help you a lot in managing stress. If you can't do that at least take a walk/jog during early morning or evening when air quality is pure. 

Exercise:

                                Workout daily for at least 30 minutes per day. You can walk, Jog if you are feeling tired because of your daily work. Vary your workout routine and take care of all parts like chest, leg, muscles, etc.

Power of Water and Sleep:

                             Sleeping is crucial it helps your body to refresh and gain energy for the next day. Sleep at least 6-7 hours per day. 

                             And water helps you to maintain that energy level you gained by sleeping. Drink 3 liters of water daily.

                             For women 7 hours of sleep and 3 liters of water, intake is necessary. Focus more and whatever work you do try to fulfill that daily.
