Self Esteem

Self-esteem (Self-confidence) is how we respect ourselves and how we treat us during tough times. Self-confidence can be sensed by our inner voice, even right now if you are reading this sentence silently your inner voice is the one that helps you to understand. Other than that your inner voice also helps you realize yourself like your strength and weakness. Self-esteem varies by person.

Some have low self-esteem(introverts)

 Some with high self-esteem( extroverts)

This classification depends on how we were raised from childhood. External factors have a major influence in defining the self-esteem of us.

Now you came to know about the inner voice that helped you gain confidence or drawn your energy by providing negative comments. What I want you lads to do now is, take a deep breath and remind yourself that all problem ⚠️occurs because of your mindset and self-esteem and you can fix your life if you develop your self-esteem.
