Feeling insecure start practicing these ideas

It's delightful to see you, lads, again. In our previous post, we discussed how to overcome bad days. You have to step out of it and be careful that's not a straightforward task to do.

Comfort zone:
You feel psychologically secure when everything around is familiar and uncomplicated.
That secure feeling triggers your mind to live in that limited space but the problem arises when you dream of achieving something apart from what you have in the comfort zone. You are forced to get out of the comfort zone to follow your dream and that's where you start to feel insecure. The insecure feeling is very dangerous and one needs to avoid it at any cost.
What will insecure feelings do?
Disgrace Oneself:
When someone is insecure they start to disgrace themself by pointing out every mistake done by them. Emotions completely take over by forcing them to focus on negativity in their life thus leading to low self-confidence.
Feels like nobody cares:
Since insecurity tends to demotivate oneself they start to imagine like nobody cares for them.
Low self-confidence:
Feeling low in self-confidence and struggle to do even a simple task.
How can you overcome this (OUT PUSH Idea✌):
Yoga:
Practice yoga. Yoga grants you the power to control your emotions and be calm during tough times.Gratitude:
Show your thankfulness towards yourself for all the good things you have done. Take care of your body as you care for your loved ones because you are IMPORTANT too.
Remember good old days:
Everybody has those good old days and eagerly wants that to happen in their life again and this is the right situation for that. Remember those days when you were happy, confident, secure that will help you to forget the insecure feeling.
Be with people who care for you:
Not everyone hates you many cares for you too like your parents, friends, mentors, etc. Talk to them with your open heart. Express your inner feelings to them.
