Signs that say you worry too much about what others think of you
You prioritize others need before yours:
By trying to satisfy others you tend to prioritize their needs over yours because you are scared to be alone and feel lonely. To avoid that situation you are ready to do any task willingly/unwillingly for others. But remember that by doing this your mental health (self-confidence, etc) tends to believe that they are more important than you.
You always feel down:
Not knowing the full potential, you tend to degrade and portray yourself as an unhappy person. This leads to fear which blocks you from trying new stuff that makes you happy.
Cannot say NO to others:
If you are one with less self-confidence then you say YES to everything. When someone asks you a favor even though you are not willing to do it for you say yes to them because you are scared of expressing your value to them.Always struggle to express your feelings:
You struggle to express your emotions like how you are feeling and what you feel of others. As a result, you keep your feelings within yourself which makes you feel sad and depressed.How can you overcome this (OUT PUSH Idea✌):

Spend time with people who have the same mindset as yours:
We have already discussed how mindset matters a lot for one to reach the goal and have a happy life. If you are new and don't know, here is the one -The Most Important Thing you should know to reach your Goal.
Start communicating with people who have the same mindset as yours and also spend less time with negative people. Don't break the relation with them but try spending less time with them.
Be kind to yourself:
Degrading yourself makes the problem even worse. Accept who you are and don't take anything personally. Stop thinking about it by helping others who need your help.

Do things that make you happy:
During childhood, we used to do that one thing which makes us happy but stopped doing it because of the fake grown-up society. Ignore everything and do things that make you happy emotionally.
That's it and I hope from now on you are a better yourself and stopped worrying about what others think of you. Remember with regular practice you can do what you really wanted to do so.
